Electric Happy Hour 2026
Join us for the 4th annual Electric Happy Hour!

Electric Happy Hour! is back and at Cafeteria 15L this year. Join the Building Decarbonization Coalition and award-winning chefs Katie Chin and Lisa Pinckney-Wong for the live cooking event of the year!

Indulge in delicious food cooked on super-powered induction, stop by our chocolate dipping station, and discover the wonders of home electrification.

Copper will be showcasing the world’s first energy storage–equipped induction range. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore Mitsubishi’s highly efficient heat pump and learn why heat pumps are in such high demand for home heating and cooling.

We can’t wait to see you there!

Meet Our Featured Chefs

Featured Chef: Katie Chin is an award-winning celebrity chef, cookbook author, television host, and Culinary Ambassador to the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation, known for making Asian cooking approachable for home cooks everywhere. Raised in her mother’s award-winning restaurants, Katie has appeared on Food Network, The Today Show, and PBS, blending rich culinary heritage with creativity and heart in every dish she creates.

Featured Chef: Lisa Pinckney-Wong is Culinary Events Manager at Copper and a prominent, award-winning private chef and restaurateur who has cooked in the White House under President Barack Obama. Lisa’s work with Copper brings so much to the table, inspiring everyone including celebrity chef Samin Nosrat to switch to induction!
