Creating a common vision of building decarbonization in Colorado

Policy Support:

Supporting legislation that would require utilities in New Jersey to prepare and implement beneficial building electrification and decarbonization programs.
Promoting the use of NJ Green Bank funds to help accelerate building decarbonization projects in the state.
Providing research and regulatory support for a potential Future of Gas process in the state.

BDC Presents: The Future of Gas

Partnerships and Coalition Building:

Collaborating with organizations and coalitions representing labor, environmental groups, environmental justice groups, supply chain actors, and others to work toward equitable decarbonization in the state.
Providing media training and other educational opportunities, including consumer education around the benefits of electrification and opportunities arising from the implementation of the Inflation Reduction Act.

Thermal Energy Networks and Neighborhood Scale Decarbonization

Supporting funding and financing programs for community-driven neighborhood scale and thermal energy network pilot projects.
