Join the Albany Climate Action Coalition for an engaging workshop focused on transforming our community through sustainable home energy solutions. Discover how local residents, empowered by innovative incentives, are making the switch from gas to clean, renewable electricity. Learn from the experiences of Wei-Tai Kwok, former Vice-Mayor of Lafayette and a passionate advocate trained by Al Gore’s Climate Reality Project, about the impactful journey from traditional energy use to a sustainable, pollution-free lifestyle. This event will also feature insights from Albany’s sustainability staff on available resources and incentives that can facilitate your own home energy transformation. Don’t miss this opportunity to be part of the change and help pave the way towards a healthier, more sustainable Albany.
