Home Builders’ Perspectives on All-Electric Construction with Nic Dunfee of TRC

Building all-electric homes will change the current construction practice for much of California’s residential new construction market and require acceptance by new home buyers. To understand the opportunities and challenges involved in these changes, the Building Decarbonization Coalition engaged the consulting firm TRC to survey California’s residential new construction market to understand homebuilder knowledge, opinions and needs.
